Duplex apartment
We offer accommodation in a 3 room maisonette apartment (a separate flat in an attic of a four floor villa) (cca 80 m2) with a beautiful view, in Tatranská Lomnica. Accommodation for up to 8 persons – 2x double room (bedroom, living room), 1x quadruple room (2 fold-out sofas).
The flat contains a fully equipped kitchen (a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffeemaker, a microwave, a gas hob, washing machine), a bathroom with a big bath, a separate WC with a wash basin, a closed-off loggia and so on. There are floating tiles and floor in the flat. The living room contains a SAT-LCD TV, radio.
The apartment is always rented as a whole, meaning that at one time, there may only be one group of guests (whether it is two or more) accommodated in the apartment. Bed linen and towels and other such things are naturally provided.
A highchair and a cot are available (please state your request for these into the reservation form). There is a small playroom for children with toys in the flat.
The entire apartment is under free Wi-Fi Internet coverage.
The apartment is located about 10 minutes by walk from a train station and Tatranská Lomnica centre, 20 minutes from aerial cableway station leading to Skalnaté Pleso. A store and a children playground are in the vicinity. Parking is possible in front of the house.
Parking at lift station is for free.
We prefer accommodating families and small groups of 4-5 persons which do not disturb the neighbours’ silent hours.

Price does not include local fee – 2 euro/adult person/night. Minimal payment per stay in 150 euro outside of main seasons, in summer 330 euro. During Winter, Easters etc. minimum is based on duration, number of persons.
Accommodation with pets is not possible.
Cancellation Policy: Guests will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after booking. No cancellation fee is charged If you cancel your stay more than 14 days before your stay, any refunded deposit will be refunded in full. The prepaid deposit is charged as a cancellation fee when canceling your stay less than 14 days before your stay.
Cancellation Policy for Christmas and New Year’s Eve Holidays: A prepayment of 50% of the total price will be charged to the guest upon booking. The remaining 50% will be charged until the end of November. If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged and a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged upon cancellation of the stay less than 30 days prior to arrival.
